Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations and service delivery.
• Ensure AML/KYC, audit, and regulatory compliance.
• Authorize customer transactions and service requests.
• Oversee lobby management and reduce customer wait times.
• Monitor cash, FX, and Traveler's Cheque operations.
• Resolve customer complaints within defined TAT.
• Control operational risks and ensure error-free processing.
• Lead, guide, and support branch staff performance.
