Key Responsibilities:

• Review foreclosure, judgment, probate, and estate cases to identify recoverable assets.
• Analyze legal claims, lien priorities, competing interests, and risks.
• Evaluate the financial viability and profitability of cases.
• Make decisions on case acquisition, escalation, or rejection.
• Conduct legal and financial research with strong attention to detail.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of legal and financial concepts.
• Strong risk assessment and problem-solving abilities.
• Good Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in foreclosure, debt recovery, real estate, or legal research is preferred.
