Walk-in || Assembly Workers

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• ITI Freshers in Electronics, Electrical, Fitter, Mechanic, or related trades preferred.
• Candidates with basic technical knowledge of electronics/electrical products may also be considered.
• Freshers with good learning ability and a technical aptitude can be recruited.
• Ability to work on an assembly line and follow SOPs and work instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electronic massager products as per approved work instructions.
• Perform component fitting, wiring, PCB/module installation, motor fitting, battery installation, and other assembly activities as applicable.
• Use hand tools and basic testing equipment safely.
• Conduct basic visual and functional checks during assembly.
• Identify abnormal sounds, loose connections, damaged components, or other defects and report them to the Supervisor.
• Maintain production quantity and quality targets.
• Follow safety rules, 5S, and workplace discipline.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and proper handling of components.
• Support packing and other production activities whenever required.Role & responsibilities
