Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Manager - Personal Loan to drive business growth and manage sales operations across the assigned geography. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving business targets, expanding sourcing channels, managing teams, and ensuring portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Personal Loan business and achieve monthly disbursement targets.
• Manage and lead a team of Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, and FOS executives.
• Develop and strengthen DSA, connector, and channel partner networks.
• Increase market penetration and customer acquisition in the assigned territory.
• Monitor sales productivity, conversion ratios, and business profitability.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Collections teams for smooth business processing.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk parameters.
• Track portfolio performance and maintain healthy asset quality.
• Conduct regular market mapping and competitor analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate preferred.
• 6-10 years of experience in Personal Loans, Unsecured Loans, Retail Assets, or Consumer Finance.
• Minimum 2-4 years of team handling experience.
• Strong network of DSAs, referral partners, and sourcing channels.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and disbursement targets.
• Good understanding of credit policies, portfolio management, and collections.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
