Walk-in || Area Business Manager

In the Associate Area Business Manager / Area Business Manager role, you will be:

• Recruiting and building a high performing distribution network of Part Time Employees (PTE) who will be called as Financial Consultants (FC)
• Training, motivating and driving these FCs to recruit Advisors (agents) and sell insurance through them
• Ensuring quality of business and persistency
• Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions
• Providing pre and post sales service support
• Making the FCs & Advisors fulfill their financial goals
• Ensuring FCs & Advisors use latest digital platforms and are engaged well towards productivity

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Graduate

• Experience: Sales experience of 2+ years
• Age: Between 25 to 45 years
• One with pleasant personality, good communication skill and a gogetter attitude
• One who loves the challenge of chasing and meeting sales targets by mentoring Financial Consultants who are from varied age group and experience
• One who loves meeting diversified people who are keen to earn surplus income through entrepreneurial and welfare mindset
