1. Draftsman Architectural (Req 6 Nos / Min 5 yrs Exp)
Designing high-rise buildings requires a careful balance between structural engineering, functional space planning, and environmental sustainability.
Essential Software Skills
- Autodesk Revit: The core platform used to build the data-rich, 3D intelligent BIM model and generate all architectural, structural, and MEP construction documents.
- CSI ETABS: The definitive industry standard for structural analysis, specifically engineered to calculate massive gravity loads, high-altitude wind pressures, and seismic forces on tall buildings.
2. Draftsman 3D & BIM (Req 6 Nos / Min 5 yrs Exp)
Creates precise 2D technical drawings and intelligent 3D models for construction High Rise and infrastructure projects.
Essential Software Skills
- Drafting: Autodesk AutoCAD for standard 2D and 3D technical layouts.
- BIM Modeling: Autodesk Revit for intelligent building models.
- Infrastructure: Autodesk Civil 3D for roads, highways, and land development.
- Coordination: Navisworks or BIM 360 for project review and clash detection.
