Architecture Engineer Job Description

Position: Architecture Engineer

Location: Airoli & Malad

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Office
• Knowledge of international building codes and standards

Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience in architectural design and engineering
• Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred
• GCC/Middle East project experience is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and construction teams.
• Develop detailed architectural layouts, plans, elevations, and sections.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and client requirements.
• Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and material approvals.
• Conduct site visits and resolve architectural issues during construction.
• Support BIM/Revit modeling and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Participate in design reviews and technical meetings.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of architectural deliverables.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary project environment.
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials.

Preferred:

• Experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Buildings, or Infrastructure projects.
• GCC work experience.
