Responsibilities:

• Follow up with US insurance companies on outstanding claims.
• Resolve claim denials and payment issues.
• Document call outcomes accurately.
• Meet productivity and quality targets.

Requirements:

• 1 to 6 years of AR Calling experience in US Healthcare.
• Knowledge of Medical Billing, RCM, Denial Management, and Insurance Follow-up.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
