Job description

We are seeking experienced AR Caller with in-depth knowledge of U.S. medical billing processes.

Role & responsibilities

• Job Title: AR Caller
• Experience: 3 to 5 Years
• Location: Avadi(Work From Office)
• Joining: Immediate
• Shift: Night Shift
• Night Shift( Transportation: No cab facility provided candidates must arrange their own commute)

Role & responsibilities

• Core Role: Handles complex escalations, secondary denials, and trend identification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle escalated reimbursement issues, underpayments, and difficult secondary denials.
• Perform pre-call analysis and root-cause analysis (RCA) on recurring claim rejections.
• Coordinate with team leads or client managers to resolve systemic billing errors.
• Train or mentor junior on payer guidelines and calling etiquettes.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant revenue cycle management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes.

Advanced problem-solving and negotiation skills.
