Walk-in || AR Caller

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end AR calling and follow up on outstanding claims with insurance companies
  
• Review and resolve denied or rejected claims in a timely manner
  
• Analyze EOBs and take appropriate actions for claim resolution
  
• Ensure accurate documentation of all follow-ups in the system
  
• Work on aging reports to reduce AR backlog and improve collections
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies
• Must have experience in Denials and Rejections
  

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates must have good communication skill and relevant experience in AR Calling , US health care
