Job description

We are seeking experienced AR Caller with in-depth knowledge of U.S. medical billing processes.

Role & responsibilities

• Location: Avadi(Work From Office)
• Joining: Immediate
• Shift: Night Shift
• Night Shift( Transportation: No cab facility provided candidates must arrange their own commute)

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls or use web portals/IVR to check the status of pending or unpaid insurance claims.
• Understand and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and remittance advices.
• Work on basic claim denials and rejections by contacting insurance payers (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial).
• Document all call outcomes and actions clearly in the billing software.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in any field.
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in US healthcare RCM or medical billing.
• Good verbal communication skills with a neutral accent.
