AR (Accounts Receivable) caller is a healthcare voice-process professional who contacts insurance companies and payers to follow up on unpaid, delayed, or denied medical claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Claim Follow-Up: Call or check online portals with insurance companies to track the status of pending medical claims.
• Denial Management: Review rejected or denied claims, identify the root causes (such as coding errors or missing information), and submit appeals
• Payment Posting & Reconciliation: Verify remittance advice and ensure accurate reimbursement for medical services rendered.
• Documentation: Meticulously update patient account records and logs with details of every payer interaction.
