Walk-in || AR Caller - Fresher ( Walk-In)

Role & responsibilities

• Review and work on unpaid or denied medical claims.
• Contact insurance companies to check claim status and payment details.
• Follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Analyze denial reasons and take appropriate corrective action.
• Resubmit corrected claims when required.
• Update claim status and follow-up notes in the billing system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain daily productivity and quality targets.
• Communicate effectively with insurance representatives.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare billing guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, MBA)2024, 2025 & 2026 pass-out batches are eligible.

• Engineering and Diploma graduates are not preferred
• Candidates must possess all original educational documents/mark sheets.
• No active backlogs or arrears.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable working in night shifts.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Note - This role is not for Non voice.
