Walk-in || AR Associate | Medical Billing | Voice - Process

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding unpaid or denied medical claims.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable and claim status.
• Identify reasons for claim denials and take necessary actions for resolution.
• Document call outcomes and update claim information in the system.
• Work towards meeting productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate (Freshers can apply).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work in night shifts.
• Knowledge of US healthcare and medical billing will be an added advantage.
