Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare approval drawings for residential apartments, villas, and layout projects.
• Ensure drawings comply with CMDA and DTCP regulations and applicable building norms.
• Prepare site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and area statements for approval submissions.
• Work on FSI, setbacks, plot coverage, parking, and building height calculations.
• Coordinate with liaison, legal, and design teams for approval documentation.
• Revise drawings based on authority requirements and approval comments.
• Support submission of drawings to CMDA, DTCP, and other relevant authorities.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of CMDA/DTCP approval norms and building regulations.
• Experience in residential real estate projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of local planning regulations and approval documentation.

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
