Hiring: Customer Support Non-Voice Operations

Location: Sector 62, Gurugram
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days WFO + 2 Days WFH)
Employment Type: 6-Month Apprenticeship, with the opportunity for full-time conversion.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and requests through non-voice channels such as email, chat, and back-office operations.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns within defined timelines.
• Maintain proper documentation and update customer records.
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and meet productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate candidates preferred.
• Good written English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply.

Salary & Benefits

• During Apprenticeship (6 Months): 19,500 in-hand per month.
• After Full-Time Conversion: 21,500 in-hand per month + 7,000 NSA (as applicable).
• Both-side cab facility available.
• Fixed Saturday and Sunday weekly offs.
