Role & responsibilities

1. Capture the details properly in the system.

2. Should follow the instructions as mentioned in the process manual

3. Self-learning skills

4. Deliver the goals and targets as per defined KPIs

5. Follow the companys policies and procedures under the guidelines aligned by supervisor and manager.

6. Should have a min typing speed of 25 wpm with 90% accuracy

7. Basic computer knowledge required

8. Ability of self-learning on live job

9. Eye for Details

10. Flexible with 24*7 working environment.

11. Active reading/listening skills.

12. Analytical and logical interpretation skills

13. Excellent communication Skills verbal & written (Neutral English).

14. Should be team player, self-motivated, uses initiative and problem solver

15. Possess analytical skills, collaborative and results driven

Qualification - Any Graduate
