Walk-in || Apprentice - HR Recruitment

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and hiring suitable candidates across various functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sourcing capabilities, and a passion for recruitment.

Role & responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct telephonic screening and preliminary interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Publish job postings on various hiring platforms.
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates.
• Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, or other job portals is preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Freshers with HR internship experience may also apply.
• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition will be an advantage.
