Primary Responsibilities

• Assist the team with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and Labour Law compliances.
• Support online registrations, return filing and statutory payments.
• Maintain compliance records, documents, licenses and renewal trackers.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for required documents and information.
• Support the team during audits, inspections and government-related compliance activities.
• Monitor statutory compliance due dates and ensure timely completion.
• Learn statutory requirements, government portals and compliance processes.

Required Skills & Abilities

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a team.
• Positive attitude and professional approach.
