Walk-in || Apparel Merchandiser - Garment production and Order Co-ordination

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of fabrics, trims, and accessories.
• Plan and execute production schedules to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor production processes and provide feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with design team to develop new products and modify existing designs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-7 years of experience in apparel merchandising or a related field (garment manufacturing).
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric types, embellishments, wash treatments, etc.
• Excellent communication skills for effective vendor coordination and negotiation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
