We are looking for suitable candidates for injectable/ sterile manufacturing units for Ahmedabad location.

Requirement Details:-

1. Injectables Production Requirement:

• Designation: Operators / Officer / Executive
• Department: Manufacturing Production Area
• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc
• Total Experience: 1 to 7 Years

Area: Aseptic & Controlled area operation (Filling, Sealing, filtration, Autoclave, Batch Manufacturing, terminal sterilization, Tunnel Operations, QMS Activities, packing & visual inspection

Line: Emulsion/ Suspension Line, Bag Line, Inhalation Line, PFS, Cartridges, Lyophilizer and Vial,

Machine Exposure: Bag Filling machine (Preferred SHINVA Bag Filling, PLUMAT), filling machine with Isolator and sealing machine, Bosch filling machine, Steam sterilizer (Fedegree), Autoclave,

Desired Profile:

• Must be from Parenteral background & exposure to Aseptic Emulsion/ Suspension Line, Bag filling machine & process is desirable.
• Knowledge of change control, Deviation, CAPA, and documentation in manufacturing area of injectable.
• Handling of Mfg. Skid base production & TS Autoclave (Fedegari)
• Filling machine with isolator, autoclave (Fedegari), Batch Manufacturing and Filtration vessel operation, CIP and SIP processing

2. Packing Department

• Designation: Operators / Officer / Executive
• Department: Manufacturing Packing Area
• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc
• Total Experience: 1 to 7 Years

Area: Manual packing, Manual visual inspection & automatic visual inspection, QMS Activities,

Line: Packing lines for Emulsion/ Suspension Line, Bag Line, Inhalation Line, PFS, Cartridges and Vial line,

Machine Exposure: Bag Pouching Machine, Cartonator, and Track & Trace, Brevetti Machine, Nikka Densok Pinhole Inspector Machine, Vuormar vacuum bag packaging machine , DIVIDELLA Auto-cartoning machine, Vial & Bag Labelling Machine, Checkweighers

Desired Profile:

• To observe & follow all rules and regulations of the packing department.
• Must be from injectable or parenteral background & exposure to manual & automatic visual inspection (MVI & AVI) activities for Emulsion/ Suspension Line, Bag line, Vial line or cartridge line or inhalation line is desirable.

3. Environmental Monitoring (Microbiologist)

• Designation : Trainee/ Officer/ Sr. Officer / Executive
• Department : EM (Environmental Monitoring)
• Qualification : B.Sc. (Micro) / M. Sc (Micro) / B. Tech. (Biotech.) / M. Tech (Biotech)/
• Total Experience: 1 to 07 yrs in injectable/ sterile manufacturing plant.
• Shift Type : Rotational Shift timing

Job Description:

• Environmental monitoring of manufacturing clean room area.
• Non-viable particle monitoring of manufacturing clean room area.
• Compressed air /nitrogen gas monitoring and Personnel monitoring.
• To maintain the Issuance/reconciliation record of items / media for Environment monitoring material e.g. plates, swabs, etc.
• To perform line clearance activity.

4. Quality Assurance IPQA & Validation (Injectable/Parenteral Unit)

• Designation : Officer/ Sr. Officer / Executive
• Department : QA- IPQA & Validation
• Qualification: B. Pharma/ M. Pharma/ M.Sc
• Total Experience: 2 to 07 years in injectable/ sterile manufacturing plant.
• Shift Type : Rotational Shift timing

Job Description:

• To perform line clearance before commencing the different operations like dispensing, manufacturing, filling, inspection, sealing, labeling and packing.
• To maintain the Issuance/reconciliation record of items etc.
• To perform Process validation, cleaning validation/verification, hold time study, media fill & routine batch sampling as per protocol/SOP.
• Execution and review of Qualification / Re-Qualification and Validation activity of Equipment / System / Facility and Plant utilities
