Role: AML/KYC Voice Process

We are looking for experienced professionals with strong knowledge of AML, KYC, CDD, EDD, Fraud Investigation & Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through voice process for international clients.
• Perform AML/KYC checks and investigations.
• Work on CDD & EDD processes and compliance requirements.
• Investigate fraud-related transactions and identify potential risks.
• Support risk management and financial crime prevention activities.
• Ensure compliance with process and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant AML/KYC Voice experience Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in AML, CDD & EDD – Mandatory.
• Experience in fraud transaction investigation and risk management.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Any Graduates/Postgraduates are eligible.
• Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts with rotational week-offs.
• 5 days working.
• Immediate joiners only.
• Comfortable working from office.
• Outstation candidates are not eligible.

Transport Facility

• Two-way cab facility available for night shifts only.
• Cab facility applicable within a 25 km radius from the office.
