We are looking for a technically strong, people-first AI Engineering Manager to lead enterprise-grade Gen AI, LLM, Agentic AI, and ML platforms from architecture to production.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead LLM, GenAI, Agentic AI & RAG architecture and delivery
• Design MCP, multi-agent workflows & agent memory
• Lead MLOps, Kubernetes & scalable AI inference
• Drive AI evaluation, observability, cost optimization & reliability
• Build multimodal AI solutions across vision, audio & document AI
• Establish Responsible AI, security & governance practices
• Lead and mentor AI/ML, Data & MLOps engineering teams
• Partner with Product, Security, Architecture & Business stakeholders

Key Skills:
Python | LLMs | OpenAI / Claude / Azure OpenAI | RAG | Vector DBs | MCP | LangGraph /
AutoGen | Kubernetes | vLLM / Ray / Triton | MLflow / W&B | AI Evals | Multimodal AI |
MLOps

Requirements:
• 10+ years in Software / Data / AI
• 5+ years in AI/ML or GenAI
• 3+ years in Engineering Leadership
• 1+ year of production experience with LLM / Agentic AI systems
• Strong hands-on Python and AI architecture experience
• Exposure to EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF / ISO 42001 is preferred
