About the Role As an AI/ML Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI-driven solutions that address complex business challenges. You will work with cutting-edge technologies across Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Machine Learning, NLP, and Cloud Platforms to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. • Build Agentic AI applications using LLMs, including tool/function calling, MCP, memory, workflow orchestration, and multi-agent systems. • Develop and deploy scalable AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Perform end-to-end AI/ML engineering, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments. • Ensure high-quality data management and efficient model deployment practices.

Required Skills • Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning. • Hands-on experience with LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks. • Experience in end-to-end AI/ML model development, deployment, and optimization. • Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
