Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and AI-focused Graphic Designer who can combine strong graphic design skills with the latest AI tools and technologies to create high-quality visual, marketing, and video content.

AI IS A MUST-HAVE SKILL FOR THIS POSITION. Candidates without practical experience in AI-based design and content creation should NOT apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Powered Graphic Design PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

• Use AI tools extensively for graphic design, image generation, image editing, creative concepts, and visual enhancement.
• Generate high-quality AI visuals, product creatives, marketing concepts, social media creatives, advertisements, banners, and promotional materials.
• Convert ideas and briefs into creative AI-generated visual concepts.
• Use AI to improve design speed, creativity, quality, and productivity.
• Experiment with new AI design tools, workflows, and creative techniques.
• Create professional designs by combining AI-generated content with traditional graphic design skills.

2. Graphic Design

• Create designs for brochures, banners, posters, advertisements, social media posts, website graphics, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Develop infographics and product-related visual content.
• Maintain high standards of composition, typography, layout, and visual communication.
• Adapt designs for different digital and print formats.

3. AI Video & Multimedia Content

• Use AI tools to create and enhance promotional videos, product videos, reels, animations, and marketing content.
• Create AI-generated video concepts, visuals, voiceovers, backgrounds, animations, and other multimedia elements.
• Edit videos using professional video-editing software.
• Use AI-assisted workflows to improve video production quality and turnaround time.

4. Branding & Creative Development

• Maintain consistency with DAPL's brand identity across all creative materials.
• Develop fresh and innovative creative concepts using AI and conventional design techniques.
• Create visuals that effectively communicate technical dairy automation and industrial products in a simple and attractive manner.

5. Marketing & Social Media Creatives

• Create engaging creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, websites, campaigns, exhibitions, and other marketing channels.
• Develop creative concepts for product launches, company communication, events, and digital campaigns.
• Work with the marketing team to convert campaign requirements into high-quality visual content.

6. Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations teams to understand requirements.
• Convert technical information and product features into easy-to-understand visual content.
• Participate in creative brainstorming and contribute new AI-driven ideas.

7. Stay Updated with AI

• Continuously research and learn new AI tools, platforms, models, and creative technologies.
• Identify new AI applications that can improve the company's design and marketing output.
• Build efficient AI-based creative workflows for faster content production.

Mandatory Skills

AI – MUST HAVE

• Candidates must have practical hands-on experience with AI tools for graphic design and creative content generation.
• Experience with tools/platforms such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT / Generative AI, Canva AI, Leonardo AI, Runway, Kling AI, or other AI image, video, design, and creative-generation tools.
• Candidates who have only basic/general knowledge of AI but cannot demonstrate practical AI design work should NOT apply.

Graphic Design

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Good knowledge of InDesign and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of Figma or similar tools is an advantage.

Video & Motion Graphics

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
• Experience creating reels, promotional videos, animations, and motion graphics.
• AI-assisted video creation/editing experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating AI-generated and AI-assisted graphic design work.
• Portfolio must include examples of graphic design, social media creatives, and preferably AI-generated images/videos.
