Walk-in || Agency Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Agency / Unit Manager to drive the agency channel by recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors. The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, expanding the agency network, and ensuring high productivity of advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance advisors/agents
• Drive sales through the agency channel and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Monitor and improve the performance of advisors
• Provide on-field training and joint sales support
• Build strong relationships with advisors and customers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Plan and execute strategies to increase market penetration

Key Requirements:

• Must have work experience in field sales
• Must have worked in agency channel
• Only experienced candidates can apply
