Job Role

• Recruitment of Life Advisor/Agents
• Training, nurturing & joint field activities with advisors.
• Generating customer leads through self & advisors natural market as well as open market activities
• Selling Life Insurance Products
• Building long term relation with customers & advisors to ensure sustainability of business
• Ensure monthly target achievement

Eligibility

• Minimum Graduate
• Good learning ability. Ready to learn, adapt & implement
• Good in reasoning. Able to calculate, analyse & understand data points
• Should have rigour & drive for result
• Believe in customer service
• Able to communicate & influence people

This is field sales role with lucrative incentives over & above CTC.

Growth path/promotion is well defined based on targets.
