Walk-in || Admission Field Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Visit prospective students and parents at their homes, schools, coaching centres and local areas.
• Explain Shree Gitam PU College courses, facilities, academic programs and admission process.
• Generate admission enquiries through field visits, references and local promotional activities.
• Counsel students and parents and guide them toward suitable course options.
• Follow up regularly with interested students and parents until the admission process is completed.
• Participate in admission campaigns, educational events, school visits and promotional activities.
• Maintain daily records of visits, leads, follow-ups and admission status.
• Coordinate with the admission counsellor and college management for lead conversion.
• Achieve assigned admission and lead-generation targets.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, schools and local communities.
• Represent the college professionally during all field activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates currently residing in Karnataka are preferred.
• Must be comfortable with regular field visits in Davanagere and nearby areas.
• Kannada communication is mandatory; English communication is an added advantage.
• Good communication, convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in interacting directly with students and parents.
• Should be self-motivated, energetic and target-oriented.
• Freshers with strong communication and willingness to work in the field can also apply.
• Any Graduate can apply; BCA / MCA / MBA preferred.
• Experience: 04 years.
