Job Summary

LOGICA AVIATION, a client of WHY Global Services, is looking for confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Admission Counsellors to guide prospective students interested in aviation, airport operations, cabin crew, and other career-oriented training programs.

Candidates must have excellent English communication skills, strong counselling abilities, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions while achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand students' requirements and provide suitable course guidance.
• Explain course details, eligibility, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
• Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and convert prospects into admissions.
• Conduct counselling sessions for students and parents.
• Invite prospective students for counselling sessions and campus visits.
• Handle student and parent queries professionally.
• Maintain records of enquiries, calls, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the admissions and management teams.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups until the admission process is completed.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Any Degree.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in admission counselling, educational sales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Tamil communication skills will be an added advantage.
• Strong convincing, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and achieve targets.
