Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from prospective students to discuss course details, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
  
• Schedule appointments with counselors for further discussion on admissions and enrollment processes.
  
• Provide accurate information about courses offered by the institution to address student queries.
  
• Maintain records of all interactions with students using CRM software (Salesforce).
  
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues related to student applications.
