Walk-in || Admission Counsellor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Admission Counsellor to join our team in Agra.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student and parent enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
• Counsel students regarding courses, admissions and career opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
• Convert leads into successful admissions.
• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses.
• Maintain admission records and update lead status regularly.
• Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
• Coordinate with the academic and admission teams.
• Build a positive relationship with students and parents.

Requirements:

• 14 years of experience in admission counselling, education sales, telecalling or a related field.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good Hindi and English communication.
• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Confident, presentable and target-oriented.
• Candidates with experience in the education/coaching industry will be preferred.
