We Parekh Integrated Services Pvt. Ltd. are hiring for below position for our bhiwandi location.

Position: Executive/Senior Executive

Qualification: Graduate/PG

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Job Location: Bhiwandi

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for post evaluation of contractor and out sourced vendor in coordination with Admin and process owner.

Responsible for liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments.

Authorized for negotiating & agreeing contracts, checking the quality of service.

Responsible for vendor coordination / payment.

Responsible for record management.

Preparation of Purchase Order.

Responsible for pre evaluation of contractor and out sourced vendor in coordination with Admin and process owner.

Responsible for communication with contractors and vendors about OH and S requirement.

Authorized to hire maintenance staff for the facility and assign duties according to their capabilities.

Responsible for facility management, Security, Housekeeping, Pantry Etc.

Responsible to ensure asset codes are in order and arrange for surprise inspections of assets and confirm that everything is in working condition, maintain hygiene.

Responsible to develop set of guidelines to reduce cost in the division through value improvement programs.

Responsible for maintenance activities, problem diagnosis and trouble shooting, manpower planning and scheduling, Man Management and delegation of work.

Responsible for maintenance of utility area, equipments like electrical, transformers, DG sets / Air Conditioners, hygiene, water, electricity, MHE etc.

Responsible to ensure compliances with corporate policies, international standards, local regulations and other environmental consideration for smooth and effective business operations to meet management objectives through implementing proper engineer

Responsible for Statutory compliance, Renewal of all AMC documents, Obtaining required licenses and ensuring their timely renewals.

Responsible for monitoring, implementation and documentation for ISO processes.

Responsible for raising change control whenever any changes are being carried out in the facility.

Responsible for up-gradation of OH and S Management System.

Responsible to ensure compliance of site statutory regulation with respect to labour formalities.

Responsible for maintaining legal documents of the facility.

Responsible for identifying area of obstruction / breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the requirement through application of trouble shooting tools to ensure zero breakdowns

Responsible for reporting product related complaint (s) to PISPL-QA & Principal Company-QA immediately / within one working day.

Authorized to take action on hazards, near-miss, safety observations, suggestions and opportunities, Risk Assessment and Control Measures.

Responsible to facilitate safe and smooth operations.

Responsible for achievement of EHS Objectives, EHS Green Initiatives.

Responsible for handling audits and closure of Non-conformance.
