Position: Admin Executive
Location: Borivali West, Mumbai (Near Railway Station)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 5+ Years
CTC: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Handle travel desk activities and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Manage flight and train bookings for employees and business travel.
• Coordinate hotel reservations and accommodation arrangements.
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Maintain records and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in administration, front desk operations, and travel desk management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
