Walk-in || Admin cum Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
• Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Monitor office supplies and assist with other administrative tasks.

Accounts Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and vouchers.
• Handle sales and purchase entries.
• Manage invoices, bills, and payment records.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
• Support GST documentation and other basic accounting activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with routine reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in administration and accounts.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain records accurately and handle confidential information.
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Bachelors in commerce
