Walk-in || Address Quality Associate

The Address Quality Associate validates and corrects customer delivery addresses so that shipments reach the right location. The role uses Google Maps and internal Xpressbees tools to verify addresses, fix incomplete or incorrect details, and improve shipment location accuracy, directly reducing address-related failed deliveries. KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Address validation

• Validate delivery addresses against Google Maps (search, Street View, satellite view, place listings) and internal XB tools (address master, geocoding, pincodehub mapping).
• Check that address, locality, city and pincode are consistent with each other and mapped to the correct hub and delivery zone.
• Flag incomplete, vague or suspicious addresses, such as missing house/flat numbers, landmark-only addresses, pincode mismatches, and repeated fake or dummy addresses.

Operational support- Ticket Resolution

• Work on Xpressbees Smart Tickets, track each shipment assigned to you and resolve the tickets within given stipulated time.
• Maintain accurate logs of every correction made: before/after values, source used and reason code.

Quality and continuous improvement

• Audit double vote samplings and accurately provide a response in case of incorrectly resolved tickets.
• Support updates to the internal address master and geo-fences based on corrections.
• Act on audit and QA feedback to continuously improve correction accuracy.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

• Strong working knowledge of Google Maps, including Street View, satellite view and search by landmark / plus code.
• Good understanding of Indian address formats, localities and pincodes; knowledge of the assigned region is a strong plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in data.
• Ability to manage high volumes while meeting TAT targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate in any discipline (or 12th pass with relevant experience).
• 0-2 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce operations, data validation or customer support is a plus.
• Prior experience with address/geo data, NDR handling or map-based work is an advantage.

COMPLIANCE & DATA HANDLING

• Handle customer personal data (names, phone numbers, addresses) strictly as per Xpressbees data privacy and information security policies.
• Make corrections only on the basis of verifiable sources; no assumptions.
• Follow defined correction rules (SOP standard operating procedure).
