Upstream - Experience in cell culture process development and/ or scale-up

Downstream - Experience in downstream process development and/ or scale-up.

• Support technology transfer and scale up of processes to pilot and/or manufacturing scale
• Support commercial batch manufacturing and troubleshooting
• Strong with using statistical tools for data analysis.
• Strong concepts of RCI, Gap assessment, Risk Assessment, and other documents for technology transfer and MSAT.

• Experience in downstream processing with expertise in purification of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), fusion proteins, recombinant proteins, and peptides expressed in microbial and mammalian systems. The incumbent will be responsible for development, optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer of downstream purification processes for recombinant proteins, monoclonal antibodies, biosimilars, and other biologics.
