About the Role
Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Acquisition Manager - GRA Sales to drive customer acquisition and business growth within the Government Relationship Accounts segment.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire Government Relationship Accounts and salary account relationships.
Drive CASA acquisition and portfolio growth.
¢ Build relationships with government departments, PSUs, educational institutions and other government-linked organizations.
¢ Cross-sell banking products and services.
¢ Achieve assigned sales and acquisition targets.
¢ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Eligibility
¢ Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
¢ 0-1 year experience in Sales, Banking or Financial Services.
¢ Strong communication and relationship management skills.
