We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to manage hospital receivables, ensure timely collections, and maintain accurate billing and outstanding records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable for hospital services.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections from patients, corporates, TPAs, and insurance companies.
• Coordinate with billing, insurance, TPA, finance, and hospital operations teams for smooth claim and payment processing.
• Follow up on pending claims, payments, deductions, and outstanding balances.
• Handle claim reconciliation, payment posting, and account reconciliation.
• Review and resolve denials, deductions, disallowances, and short payments.
• Prepare and monitor AR ageing reports, collection reports, and MIS.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate records and support audit and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure adherence to hospital finance policies and applicable processes.

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Accounting or related field.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Hands-on experience in hospital billing, insurance/TPA collections, claim follow-up, reconciliation, and disallowances.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and AR ageing/MIS.
• Strong communication, follow-up, analytical, and coordination skills.
