Walk-in || Accounts Receivable Executive

Position: Sr. Executive Accounts Receivable
Location: Borivali West (Near Railway Station)
Experience: 6 to 7+ years in Accounts Receivable
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
CTC: Negotiable

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Accounts Receivable to manage end-to-end receivable accounting, collections, reconciliation and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable process.
  
• Generate and verify customer invoices as per agreed terms.
  
• Monitor customer outstanding and follow up for timely collections.
  
• Perform customer ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
  
• Regular coordination with sales and operations teams for billing and collection issues.
  
• Prepare ageing reports and weekly/monthly receivable MIS.
  
• Ensure proper accounting entries for receipts, adjustments and credit notes.
  
• Handle customer queries related to invoices, payments and balances.
  
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of invoicing, collections, reconciliation and ageing analysis.
  
• Good working knowledge of accounting software / ERP
  
• Good command over MS Excel.
  
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  
• Good communication and problem-solving ability.
