Job Purpose:-

To manage customer receipts, update accounts receivables, reconcile payment records, and ensure accurate SAP entries. The role ensures smooth financial tracking of customer payments for plots, villas, and apartment sales, ensuring data accuracy for MIS, CRM, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Customer Payment Processing

• Record payments received from customers through NEFT, RTGS, cheque, UPI, and gateway transfers.
• Validate payment details with CRM and sales teams.
• Ensure timely posting of receipts into the accounting system.

2. SAP Entry for Receivables

• Enter customer receipts accurately in SAP.
• Map payments to appropriate customer ledgers, cost centers, and project codes.
• Ensure real-time update of AR aging reports.

3. Customer Ledger Maintenance

• Maintain and reconcile customer ledgers monthly.
• Track pending dues, overdue installments, and milestone-based payments.
• Identify mismatches and resolve them with CRM.

4. Coordination with CRM, Sales & Banking Teams

• Coordinate with CRM for customer booking details, variations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Work with banks to verify deposit credits and resolve unidentified receipts.
• Support sales with payment confirmation updates.

5. Audit & Compliance Support

• Support auditors with AR schedules, ledgers, confirmations, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance related to GST, TDS, and receipt documentation.

6. Reporting & AR Tracking

• Prepare daily/weekly accounts receivable reports.
• Maintain accurate AR aging analysis for management review.
• Highlight overdue or delayed collections.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong AR accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in SAP (mandatory)
• Understanding of real estate sales financial cycles
• Excellent reconciliation and documentation skills
• Good communication for coordination with CRM/Sales
• High numerical accuracy and attention to detail
