Walk-in || Accounts Receivable Caller

Experience: 1 - 5 Years
Location: Guindy, Chennai
Shift: EST Shift (US Shift)
Claim Forms: CMS-1500 / UB-04

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims.
• Handle AR calling for denied, rejected, and pending claims.
• Analyze claim status and identify reasons for payment delays or denials.
• Work on both CMS-1500 (Professional Billing) and UB-04 (Institutional Billing) claims.
• Contact insurance companies to resolve claim-related issues and ensure timely reimbursement.
• Maintain accurate documentation of call details, claim status, and follow-up actions.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills:

• 15 years of experience in US healthcare AR calling.
• Knowledge of medical billing, claim status, denials, and insurance follow-ups.
• Experience handling CMS-1500 and/or UB-04 claim forms.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in the EST shift.
