We are hiring enthusiastic and energetic Freshers for Medical Billing AR Caller Trainee role.

Eligibility:

• Graduate Mandatory from any stream
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Immediate Joiners Preferred
• Freshers Welcome
• 0-6 months of experience candidates in International / Domestic voice will be an additional advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims.
• Follow up on unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims.
• Verify claim status and obtain payment updates from insurance representatives.
• Document call outcomes accurately in the system.
• Identify and escalate unresolved claims to the appropriate team.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and client information.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry standards..

Shift: Fixed Night Shift

Location: Mohali

Walk-In Date: 1st October 2026 & 3rd October 2026

Reporting Time: 1:00PM - 5:00 PM
