Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
• Denial Management
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in a healthcare setting.
  
• Strong understanding of medical billing processes and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients/providers.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
