Job Description: AR Analyst Trainee

Job Summary:

An AR Analyst Trainee supports the Accounts Receivable team in invoice processing, payment tracking, customer account reconciliation, and collection activities while learning company accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing customer invoices and payment entries.
• Track outstanding invoices and follow up on pending payments.
• Support customer account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare AR aging reports and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with cash application and month-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree.
• Basic MS Excel and computer skills.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Experience: Fresher / Entry-level
