Role & responsibilities

AP specialist Responsibilities-:

• Good accounting knowledge
• AP bill processing and payments
• 2-way matching, 3-way matching
• Excel skills
• Vendor Reconciliation
• Vendor queries and follow ups
• Preparing the Aging report and sending for approvals
• V-look up
• Pivot table
• Formulas basic
• Experienced and professionally mature
• Able to work independently with limited supervision
• Comfortable collaborating closely with our internal team
• Strong in taking ownership and following matters through to

resolution.

• Goal-oriented and aligned with company objectives and

priorities

• Preferably experienced in supporting Canadian companies,

either remotely or on-site

• Familiar with Canadian accounting practices, GST/HST,

Canadian GAAP/ASPE and commonly used ERP/accounting
