Job Summary:

The Accounts Payable / Receivable Executive is responsible for managing customer invoicing, collections, payment reconciliation, and maintaining accurate receivable records. The role ensures timely collections, minimizes outstanding dues, and supports smooth financial operations while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and share customer invoices as per agreed timelines.
• Monitor customer accounts and outstanding receivables.
• Follow up with customers for timely collection of payments.
• Reconcile customer payments against invoices.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and billing issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and ageing reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Accounts Receivable MIS reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, and Finance) to resolve customer queries.
• Process credit notes, adjustments, and refunds as per company policy.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist during internal and statutory audits.
