Walk-in || Accounts Payable Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Process and reconcile invoices, cheque requests, EFTs, and wire transfers in Oracle AP.
• Perform PO and invoice matching and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and suppliers.
• Prepare freight invoices, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end journal entries.
• Support AP month-end close, including sub-ledger and general ledger reconciliations.
• Generate and analyze Oracle reports and ensure compliance with PO policies.
• Respond to vendor and internal queries regarding invoices, POs, receipts, and payments.
• Support Oracle/AP process improvements, cross-training, and other AP projects.
