Walk-in || Accounts Payable - Assistant Manager

Role: Assistant Manager (10 to 15 Years Experience)

Skill set: AP - Strong domain knowledge in:

• Invoice Processing, Vendor Data Management, PO Processing
• Vendor Query Handling through Email and Workflows
• Ensure timely invoice processing, verification, posting, and payments in SAP.
• Monitor AP aging reports and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies, GR/IR issues, and blocked invoices.
• Generate SAP reports for management review and audit purposes.
• Review and approve invoices, payment proposals, and reconciliations.
• Immediate joiners to 30 days' notice candidates only.
• Shifts: US Shift
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team handling and client handling experience is mandatory.
• WFO only (5 days working).
• Two-way cab facility will be provided.
