Job Title: Accounts / Finance Manager
Location: Noida, Sector 62 (Onsite) | India (Day Shift)
Experience Required: 12 Years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) Mandatory

About the Role

Finance with 12+ years of experience working in IT Consulting and Profession Service companies. Must be strong to handle team of 5-10 people with Month End, Qtr End, yearly Financial close with multiple companies. Must have experience with merger and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Operations

• Manage the complete accounting cycle including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure proper revenue recognition for IT staffing and consultancy services.

2. Client Billing & Revenue Management (IT Staffing)

• Handle client invoicing based on timesheets, contracts, SOWs, and rate cards.
• Ensure timely billing for contract staffing, permanent placements, and consultancy services.
• Track collections, follow up on outstanding receivables, and manage aging reports.

3. Payroll & Consultant Payments

• Oversee payroll processing for internal employees and contractual consultants.
• Ensure timely salary disbursement and vendor/consultant payments.
• Coordinate with the HR team for payroll inputs, timesheets, and compliance data.

4. Statutory Compliance & Taxation

• Manage statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for statutory, internal, and tax audits.

5. MIS, Budgeting & Financial Analysis

• Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and profitability reports.
• Track project-wise and client-wise margins.
• Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and financial efficiency.

6. Audit & Internal Controls

• Manage internal, statutory, and tax audits.
• Establish and monitor internal financial controls, processes, and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• CA / CMA qualification Mandatory.
• 1012 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in IT Staffing, Consulting, or Service-based companies.
• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, GST compliance, and financial reporting.
• Experience in client billing for staffing / consultancy projects.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
