Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Executive to join our team in Thane. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, invoice processing, GRN entries, payment processing, GST & TDS compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process invoices and export invoices.
- Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries and related documentation.
- Prepare Marine Insurance Declarations.
- Assist with salary working and salary processing.
- Handle India payment processing and payment-related documentation.
- Calculate and file GST.
- Calculate TDS and complete TDS filing.
- Maintain accounting records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Perform account reconciliation and ensure accuracy of accounting entries.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting and finance-related requirements.
- Perform day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting and compliance activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 25 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic to good knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Experience in invoice processing and payment activities.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
